Home/About

A small team that ships.

KORA was started by two entrepreneurs who kept seeing the same thing: good businesses losing customers because nobody could reply fast enough. We built the fix, and we run the company entirely remotely.

Our story

We built the thing we kept being asked for.

Talk to any owner running a clinic, a showroom or a service business and you hear the same complaint. The phone rings while everyone is busy. WhatsApp fills up overnight. A form submission sits unread until someone remembers to check.

Hiring more people is expensive and hard to keep staffed. So we started building agents instead — trained on a business's own answers, connected to its own tools, and honest about what they cannot do.

KORA is deliberately small and fully remote. You talk to the people who build your system, not an account manager passing messages along. We would rather turn down a project than take one where automation is not the right answer.

The people behind KORA

Two founders, both reachable.

No gatekeeping and no account managers in between. If you are working with us, you have the numbers below.

Abdullah Bokhary, founder of KORA

Abdullah Bokhary

Founder

Abdullah started KORA after watching capable businesses lose customers to nothing more than a slow reply. He sets the company's direction and makes the final call on every project we take on — and every one we turn down.

In practice he runs the part of the work clients feel first: the discovery call, mapping where enquiries actually come in, deciding what the agent should and should not be allowed to answer, and pricing the build honestly. He stays on the account after launch rather than handing it to someone else, so the person who promised you something is the person answering for it.

He answers his own phone and email. If you are a client, you have his number.

Syed Mir Ahsan Shah

Working Partner

Ahsan runs delivery. Once a project is agreed, he is the one training the agent on your documents, wiring it into your CRM, calendar and inbox, and testing it against real conversations until it stops getting things wrong.

He owns the part most agencies skip: the month after launch. Reading actual transcripts, finding the questions the agent fumbled, fixing them, and reporting plainly on what the system booked, captured and passed to a human. He is deliberate about escalation rules — an agent that admits it does not know beats one that invents an answer.

He is your day-to-day contact once you are live.

How we operate

Four rules we hold ourselves to.

Working demos, not decks

Before you pay anything, you see an agent answering your questions with your information. If it does not convince you, there is nothing to discuss.

The agent knows its limits

We set hard rules for what it must never guess at — pricing edge cases, medical or legal questions, complaints. Those go to a human immediately.

Your data stays yours

We only take what the agent needs, we do not resell or reuse it, and on custom builds we can deploy inside your own environment.

We stay after launch

Every month we read real transcripts, fix the answers that went wrong and send you a plain report of what the system actually did.

How we work

Remote by design, not by accident.

KORA has no office you need to visit and no travel cost built into your quote. Everything happens over video calls, shared documents and messages — which is also how the systems we build are meant to run.

  • Kickoff, demo and review calls on Google Meet or Zoom
  • Day-to-day contact on WhatsApp and email, answered same day
  • Hours that overlap with the Gulf, the UK and North America
  • Founders based in Pakistan, working with clients internationally
  • Every decision written down, so nothing depends on one conversation
